Quality of Life Round 2

Another round of quality of life features, this time focusing on the interface.

• Updated launcher help screen
  • help section is now much more thorough
• Added in game help
• updated toolbar
  • can now toggle the display of moves, time, or score from the toolbar
  • can now start a new game from the toolbar
• hints can now be disabled
  • this is also done from the toolbar
• added keyboard shortcuts
• added right click to move to foundation
