First of all, thank you to everyone who has played my game so far. To all the people that rated it and gave me your feedback, I appreciate you dearly.
I want to go over how the jam went, as well as WonderWare's performance in particular, but first I'd love to share that I've made the following updates now that uploads are unlocked:
In addition, I've also added a new "Minigame Selector" mode that unlocks after you finish your first run. This was a request of some of the playtesters, as they wanted to run back particular games.
In the near future, look forward to some updates to all three of these minigames as I add more variety to them. This includes, but is not limited to:
In my eyes, this Jam was already a success well before the results rolled in. The fact that I was able to get so much done in so little time honestly blows my mind. A large part of this is due to the wonderful people on Twitch that helped give me ideas and inspire me, and to all of you I say thank you.
As for real results, those still aren't in yet, but I couldn't wait to push out some updates for the project in the meantime.
There will be a few more updates to WonderWare on Itch. However, there won't be any more minigames here. Improvements to the overall systems sure, but my goal with this project was always to create minigames that I can pull for breaking up the rounds in WonderParty. I do think, given the overwhelmingly positive response, that I will include a proper minigame selector in WonderParty for multiplayer gaming. Depending on what the response is at that time, I'll probably release a proper WonderWare steam release shortly after so you can do single player, multi player, and the classic rush mode with all of the minigames included.
If you are interested in keeping up with the project, please follow me on Itch, Twitch, YouTube, all the places. You can also wishlist WonderParty on Steam if you'd like, and you can see ongoing updates there.
