Hot-Fix Update (ver 0.3.2.2)

This is a minor update that tries to improve a couple of things in Worlds 0.3.2.1:

• UI scaling: A new option has been added to the settings which allows players to rescale the UI on resolutions larger than 1600x900 and maintain the apparent resolution. Also, the default resolution for windowed mode is now 1600x900... This is an experimental feature. If anybody has issues with missing or misaligned text please take some screenshots and share them here along with info on the actual screen resolution being used.
• Resized most texts to be 15pt instead of 14pt to work better  with the new UI rescaling option.
• Fixed an issue where the editor brush would appear visible in the 3D globe view where it is not supposed to after finishing generating or loading an empty world.
• Fixed a bunch of very minor issues.
