Hello everyone,
I’m excited to share the first devlog for Temporal Tides, my new 2D puzzle platformer! I’ve just embarked on this journey, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce the project and give you a glimpse into what’s currently happening behind the scenes.
What’s Temporal Tides? Temporal Tides is an adventure that takes you deep into an ancient temple where you’ll have the power to shift between its vibrant past and its crumbling present. As an archaeologist exploring this enigmatic place, you’ll solve intricate puzzles, navigate dangerous traps, and uncover the secrets of a lost civilization.
Current Progress I’ve just started developing the game, and right now, I’m focusing on building the foundational systems. This includes setting up core mechanics like timeline shifting, environmental interaction, and puzzle-solving mechanics. It’s an exciting stage as I lay down the groundwork for the unique gameplay elements that will define Temporal Tides.
I’m thrilled to start this journey and share updates with you as the game progresses. Stay tuned for more devlogs, where I’ll dive deeper into development and showcase new features as they come to life.
