Bugfixes round 1

Pre-deadline bugfixes! Thanks to my friend, BULLFROG, who is way more of a morning person than I can ever be, for finding the most glaring and gamebreaking issue!
Bugs addressed
- Game starts at an unplayable resolution, likely 0x0 (Thanks to BULLFROG for finding this one!)
- forgot to test without a settings file to simulate a fresh install. Oops!
- Quit screen buttons unresponsive
- Somehow, the script for the screen was unlinked, and got deleted when dealing with orphaned resources. Version control to the rescue 😉
- Right side of level one gets cut off at 1440x900
- Adjusted camera for level one
- “offline” nodes could still be used
- created a check for player proximity when buttons should reactivate
- Pause menu buttons have the same icon
- changed to match the Retry menu buttons
