Hey everyone!
Progress is continuing on the alpha. I've been experimenting with waves during the combat sequences. This is the first stage of several as the water will not always be safe, and sometimes your battle will be interrupted by things far more dangerous than the other ship!
I've also improved the path-finding for the computer AI and player controlled units. With the new ships there are stairs on both side of the ship. I wanted to ensure that all crew had to go up the stairs when navigating the ship and that's been taken care of.
I've tracked down and begun to add a substantial amount of audio for the game. This includes pirate voices and ambiance background music.
I've also commissioned new UI graphics for the game as well and will begun to add these in first as menus and build it out from there.
