It took me so long to make the arrows stop "bouncing"; I tried a lot of different approaches in parenting, using different rotation constraints, etc... at the end I ditched it altogether in favor of a cooler, more readable, and more efficient system! It's also a very popular waypoint system used in many games that you are probably familiar with. So I hope you like it :v
