Difficulty Settings have arrived!

Our first update for the Demo build of the game include:

• Difficulty settings from Easy to Hard
  • Changes starting credits, enemy health, and max bet
• Bug Fixes
  • Properly scoring tied hands
  • Changing suit of wild cards made them invisible
