Demo 2 Ready

This new demo has all levels of the old one, but has some graphical updates and adds 1-2 new story sequences.

Updates to the demo:

• adds camera look-ahead feature for certain levels
• adds graphical updates (adds drop shadows to the world)
• adds updated game menu
• New glitch colors
• Adds some new story sequences
