TychosTales has posted about how they adapted Brawl of the Odd into a Dungeons and Dragons 5e campaign.
The main difference was using ability scores rather than saves, and setting an AC for each character based on their dexterity. They made some notes about how it worked - overall it was a successful use of the module!
