One problem with the mod was that removing perm trait changed the loot pools the items dropped in. As well as making the items rather easy to remove, both from glitches and from the church. The fix is that they are back to having the perm tag, but now have the 666 damage goal transform them into a copy of themselves with the simple uncurse goal of complete 1 dungeon run.
Make sure you delete the old mod folder as it has been renamed. If I see bug reports with the old file names showing, you will get mocked.
