Post Launch Update

I've made a bunch of small improvements to the game:

• Added a game timer
• The walk animation for the bodies was a bit weird. When walking, his arms move in the same direction as the legs, this has been fixed
• Added some missing tileset tiles
• Added a few extra tiles to make certain jumps a bit easier
• Added some extra bodies in certain levels to make them a little easier
• Adjusted the HUD and also added a level display
• Fixed a glitch in level 10 with the footstep sound
• LEADERBOARDS: Compete for the fastest completion times!
