Shopping AI [part 1]

Shopping AI has been partially revamped. Shops are now selectable and have names.

The shopping AI currently works like this:

• Each shop has a popularity and gender bias
• People don’t revisit shops they already visited
• People always visit the “best” shop option, based on a combination of popularity, gender association, proximity, and some randomness
• They will browse the shop for a limited amount of time before heading to the next one

This is only part 1 because it doesn’t include items, workers, and checkout, which is still to-be-added.
