Dev Update 11 - Gapped Outline & Scaled Line

I am currently working on the 1.1 release of ShapeEngine. It’s taking longer than expected (as usual) and I wanted to bring out a dev update for the new drawing functions I added. I have added “gapped outline” & “scaled line” functions for all shapes. The gapped outline functions replace the old dotted line functions. The new functions are easier to use, have way more customization options, and are also easier to maintain.
