Added full Russian translation.
Added Swedish translation.
Added internal English language so non-English mods can be easily translated.
Metro station background and Painting Destruction Pre-CG now have segmented text for translation purposes.
Optimized all language assets.
Adjust extended credits viewport to not extend past the screen.
Fix "Signatures (Complete Menu)" music not looping correctly.
Fix "Phone Library" in the extended credits not being translated in Spanish.
Fixed even more instances of sprites suddenly shifting up.
