Update 1.2.0

Here's a new update with some visual and technical changes:

• Added a Flee button that lets you escape from the battle and has a cooldown of 3 turns.
• Added a second skillcard for Rogue - Blast Armor, which lets you dodge an attack in exchange for a six.
• Added a new animation for equipment and dice.
• The "destroydice" command now takes an argument - the amount of dice to destroy.
• Equipment and enemies are now loaded from CSV files after starting a run.
• Fixed a bug with enemy display being over equipment and dice.
