Fixed graphical errors and a typo

Fixed the following problems:

• The background logo was not transparent enough and made parsing text within some mech's stats difficult. Its alpha was lowered from 50% to 30%.
• The boxes for traits and mounts covered the background with their rounded corners, which should have been transparent. They are now transparent.
• In the Antlion's Level 1 license, the All-Compatible Heavy Needlebeam was erroneously named Tracer Autocannon. It is now named correctly.
