bugfix: Web build no longer crashes when selecting a disabled menu option

Fixed a bug on the web build only where the game would crash upon selecting a disabled and greyed-out option from a menu. This was because it would play an 'error' sound effect in an old format that isn't supported by the audio codec used by the web browser.
