I'm loving the creative freedom of the One Page RPG Jam but it also gives me a taste of seeing what it would be like to market these. Of course you can get hours and hours of play out of a One Page RRPG you got for $2 or for free, but it still might be bare bones for some.
Who's Afraid Of the Big Bad Wolf touches on some of the themes recently exposed to the layman in the Netflix series "The Three Body Problem". This idea that it's daft to go out into the universe announcing your presence because there are sinister forces out there just ready to consume you.
Within this game you'll discover peaceful and friendly civilisations and put them on your space-continuum hex map but you might also find deadly grave worlds, worlds defended by aggressive AI, ravaging pirates and wolf-ships and, if you're really unlucky, a hegemonising swarm which will ultimately destroy everything.
