Minor changes
Three minor fixes:
- Page 33: Quiet customer card number has been changed to 3 to be consistent with the other customer card forecasts
- Page 93: Customer forecast was missing some numbers, they have been added
- Page 35: Customer table reference has been changed to page 54 (was incorrect)
