Small update to version 1.3

Version 1.3.1 - no CRT shader

I've decided to move forward without the CRT shader for the time being. After looking at it with fresh eyes this morning, it just didn't feel like a great fit for the game. The retro aesthetic is fun, but it gets a little tedious while playing.

I'll keep working on my shader skills and try to find something that improves the vibe without compromising on gameplay :)
