Patch Update (7/30/2024) B

- Filled in needs for all family members (only home owner was updating demand previously)
- Cleared demand if units are cleared
- Forgot to delete vehicle occupants when deleting units. This caused all sorts of chaos like vehicles getting abandoned in the middle of the road, units gliding off the map, etc.
- Forgot to update build blueprint version. Prevented blueprint importing
