Patch update (7/30/2024)

Hello everyone, another day of bug fixes!
- Fixed terrain not saving/loading properly (only happens if you save->load->save)
- Fixed the terrain icon being hidden on default game window size
- Moved "city dump" further off screen (e.g. the yellow pixel you'd see in the black area)
- Fixed duplicate floor bug where duping low floor with disconnected buildings would add a disconnected upper floor
- Fixed unit graphic glitches ("break dancing") after they attempt to path to non-pathable location (e.g. room with no egress)
- Added pathable room check before connecting property to road. If a room cannot path to the property (driveway) entrance, then it will prevent placement
- Fixed multi-floor pathing bug where sometimes units would not find valid path
- Fixed option menu full screen and potato mode buttons being flipped or not sometimes not working
