Update 0.88

Clearly I'm a bit on a summer hiatus which I hope I shall be excused for. Still I'm pushing out this little update mainly adding distinct icons to all of the behaviors and plugins of the Baby 3D suite.

There's also one fix that's not unimportant so the changelog goes like this:

• Fixed switching cameras resulting in blurry rendering (some pipeline shenanigangs)
• Added icons for all the plugins and behaviors

To be frank there might be other smaller changes I can't quite recall since I haven't touched the development of this plugin suite in a bit, I just pray there's nothing broken (actually I'm fairly confident everything should be okay :).
