v1.6.1: Pimp that Title!

Following the suggestion of Apoplectix I've made a small change to the Title of the QuesTLog!

Now you can use the RMMZ codes in the title, such as icons, colours, actors' name, gold, etc... 

Yeah, you are probably going for the first two examples but if you feel creative you can use the whole RMMZ codes range!

VERSION 1.6.1:

• Changed the Quest Title from DrawText to DrawTextEx. The text will still be centered but now you can add the standard RMMZ commands such as \I for Icons or \C for colours
