Essence separation, a bunch of new items, curses, and some other minor changes.
There's a poll up for Alpha 16 here, picking the first monstergirl race to be added (starting in Alpha 16, but possibly finishing in Alpha 17 rather than 16).
Changelog:
+ Fixed boxes being possible to place inside themselves under some circumstances. Might have side effects
+ Added a cosmetologist trait, which is now required for various salon activities
+ Added essence separation (pulls essence traits from characters, damaging them) and essence imbuing using essence blobs (imparts those traits on other characters)
+ Added some new transformation items, mostly cursed: Maidenstone, Wench's Shoes, Angel Conscript Armour, Secretary's Charms (has an associated activity), Shifting Tones
+ Added Cosplay Targeter and Bewitched Moles
+ Added tempting items that characters have a chance to be tempted into equipping - Looseshift Choker, Very Comfy Underwear and Sleepy Eyemask (which has an associated activity)
+ Added curses (handled similar to items but shouldn't exist outside of being attached to characters): Succubus Mark, Incubus Mark, The Need, The Desire, Uhhitis and The Light
+ Added new curses to a few activity results
+ Added Blank Canvas, which drains away physical traits
+ Added some new traits
+ A change has been made to saves that may cause issues (please let me know if any old saves no longer load or if new saves have issues)
+ Fixed item caused (and probably other) tfs not showing the tf effect
+ Swapped default left click on equipped items behaviour when viewing a character to be viewing the item, with control+click now unequipping
+ Added template importing (via button in main game ui) and exporting (via button when viewing a template)
+ Fixed tf effects from past events not being cancelled when reviewing a particular event
+ Added tooltips to building construction and upgrade options
+ Added setting nicknames for characters, which will be used in most cases, or shown as Real Name ("Nickname") where more appropriate (hopefully)
+ Added renaming the player character freely
+ Added a show all tfs toggle, which causes all transformation logged messages to be displayed during turn processing
+ Fixed item triggered tfs not showing when viewing end of turn summaries
+ Fixed various weirdness with showing tfs in end of turn summaries
+ Made a change to character image updating to hopefully speed things up, might have weird side effects
+ Automation name filters are no longer case sensitive
+ Fixed a bug causing some characters to have no current memory text, which became noticeable after fusing. Fusions should also work in future
+ Fixed an issue with certain manor outcomes that replaced captured/maid training activities with their alternates without reattaching the target, causing crashes on the next end turn
+ Added setting outfits in templates
