Don't forget to claim your Steam key!

Kemopop! is now live on Steam!! If you purchased the game on itch.io, you are eligible to redeem a Steam key. This is my thanks to you for actually making this a thing, because I wasn't sure how far this was ever going to go.

You should be able to claim your Steam key through your itch.io library.

Despite appearances, Kemopop! is still a work-in-progress. Updates will be distributed on itch.io and Steam simultaneously.

If you don’t want to advertise to everyone that you are playing an AO game, Steam allows you to ‘hide’ individual games in your library. See this article for more information.

As a day-zero patch for the Steam launch, the following has been done for 1.8.4:

• Several audio tracks have been remastered with better volume levelling to match the rest of the soundtrack.
• Fix: The drop timeout indicator will no longer invert.
• Fix: Filling up and trying to drop when it is impossible will no longer spam SFX.
• Fix: The drop ghost will now properly collide with the floor.
• Fix: The Ice tutorial was not clearing as intended.
• Fix: The side art "flicker" when loading in several characters too quickly has been resolved.
