v1.2.0 - Intellisense release

MotC now has intellisense, including:

• Errors displayed as you type
• Autocomplete
• Hover over items to seen definition
  • Hover over library functions to see documentation
• Go to definition
• Find references
• Rename
• Signature help

Plus a few quality-of-life fixes, such as fixing some single-step glitches in the debugger.

Note: Documentation and samples folders are now installed as part of the extension. After installing press F1 or Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P, type "motc" and select "MotC: Show Help" or "MotC: Open Samples Folder" to view the documentation and samples respectively.
