New Version - Now With Less Jank

I just published a new version of the Average Man demo.
Changes include:

• Fixed falling through the floor and other collision weirdness
• More consistent gravity effects
• Enemies flash to show damage taken
• Smoother camera movement

Things are just generally better after switching from custom janky collision code to Chipmunk2D.
