Fixes from SOAP coming in

This is the first OG Bling Hustle update since the SOAP release, and it includes a few significant changes/fixes from SOAP.  Booster purchases now work correctly, special weapon handling was moved from the main loop into system.js, and the player won't get credit for kill missions unless the player recently attacked the enemy before it died.  More updates to solar system generation are coming, and the pocket universe is likely to be spun off into a separate game like SOAP.
