GMless Rules + Expanded Combat

Hey folks! 

Wanna up top say thank you to everyone who has checked out the game so far! I've said before "The game only gets better from here" and I meant that shit; to that end, new content was added today, and some minor rearranging was done.

• Added a new section for running the game GMless! The rules were always lite enough that this felt easy, but I've finally had time to sit down and test it out, and it fuckin sings GMless now.
  • If you're running the game using the included rules, there's some good stuff in here generally. More guidance on making the group cohesive, more opportunities to involve the group in worldbuilding, a new roll table for NPC reactions, moods, etc.
• Added a new section to explain combat, and added a number (21 specifically) of example enemies to the game. Honestly an oversight that this wasn't there in the first place oops.
• Reorganized the PDF generally to make moving around easier, and to make keeping the cross-references in sidebars easier on my end to auto-update in the future.

That's all this time, stay tuned though I'm working on a follow up with a new faction, better organization, a new adventure (or two), etc. Next PDF should also contain some secrets that might reshape the entire game, so it's worth sticking around.
