Changes to multiplayer mode to make it run smoother than before.
Bullets now run faster in multiplayer mode.
Fixed joystick down + button A/LShift button attack move not showing in multiplayer.
Optimized sound effects volume and added new ones for the most of existing characters.
Added a cooldown system on bullets to prevent players from throwing bullets incessantly.
Added a system to cancel punch moves quickly.
Added new politic character : "Kasselakis".
