Version 0.3.0 released!

Improvements and bug fixes in the current release:

• New node: Message log. Lists all kind of MIDI messages that are sent to the node.
• A large internal refactor that makes it possible to process MIDI data on a per-node basis. This paves the road for more advanced node functionality.
• A logic change: Only single instances of the same input and output nodes can exist.
• Added support for internatialization.
