Update 07e: Minor fixes to two of Base's tool spritesheets.

Additions: 

• None.

Fixes:

• Fixed a mistake in spritesheet for Base's pickaxe where purple and steel were the same colour.
• Fixed a mistake in spritesheet for Base's hammer where the first right facing frame for the gold hammer was incorrectly coloured.
