Update - V0.7.4 - Sea Region + Bugfixes

Hello everyone! The new update is here!

▌Major Changes

• Add new SEA Server
• Add the possibility to select an active frame directly in the Shop UI
• Add Bots to the unranked queue after level 15 (but with 200 sec waiting time)
• Fixed a critical bug when DB did not store user data (Transaction fails)
• Hide a Welcome message if you are in-game
• Disabling Global chat now disables it only if you are in the Game
• Fixed a critical bug when the server reached the maximum server limit, it did not disconnect players
• Fixed Kirin's bow didn't apply poison in AOE
• Unranked queue now sorts players by Experience to make it more balanced
• Add Vietnamese and Indonesian language
