Reboot to a BIOS boot screen :)

Nothing like taking a joke a little too far.

• Added the option to "reboot" the Game Boy at any time using the standard SELECT+START+A+B all together. It will display a Game Boy/PC styled BIOS style boot with the option to also display an Everdrive style setup screen.
• When run on a non-color Game Boy, instead of showing a typical "GBC required" screen it displays a Game Boy crashdump.
