Quality of Life Update

This update focuses on quality of life improvements, like increasing the space between cards so you can read the number at the top. Other changes include:

• Changed border color on Pentacles and Cups to red and the border color of trumps to blue
• Added a letter in the top left corner of face cards (P for Page, N for Knight, Q for Queen, and K for king)
• Added an icon in the top right corner to indicate the card suit (no icon added for trumps)
• Cards will be highlighted if the card (or cards) being dragged can be placed on that card
• Timer won't start until all cards are placed on the table
• Fixed various bugs
