Minimum FPS control, several fixes
- Implemented automatic minimum frame rate control that tries to keep the game responsive under heavy load.
- Reorganized game speed controls.
- Now generally allowing zooming out further.
- Fixed memory leaks that may have been affecting performance and making the game crash when starting a new battle.
