New edits to some rules

Got bored. Did some editing. 

You should check out the rules as I heavily deleted some dumb stuff I meant to take care of a long time ago (like initiative). Also added some stuff like the conditions, and am still currently editing so don't forget to give the document a while so it can refresh all the new stuff. Also more spells coming soon for Ink Mage, Sage, and Kronomancer.
