Version 1.16.5

Version 0.16.5 is now available.

Main changes:

• added sound effects for lava
• you can press escape to close all active menus
• improved UI
• updated backgrounds
• increased fireball range

It's unlikely that a new public version is coming soon, as I'll be working on re-working the game environments and fixing some basic issues.
