Update #4 - workshops and improved pattern system

Report on things done today:

  1. Map now have 2 workshops. Workshops offer several one-time upgrades, and possibility to repair. Rooms with workshop are marked on minimap.
  2. Added compatibility system between patterns and rooms. If pattern would not work well with rooms with certain exits enabled, it will be not picked for such rooms.
  3. As upgrades are now available, added some on-screen statistics for weapon damage and energy efficiency.
  4. Added interaction prompt for interactible objects.

Now, time for optional loot in rooms, and additional enemy types - I"m getting tired of ranged-only patterns.
