Four new Dreams

I've added four new Dreams, which should be enough for most group's to make it to the end of the mystery. It adds some flowery body horror, gothic nuns, mythological monstrosity and eerie laundry to the other nightmares.

You'll also notice a small change to Stress. Supported by feedback, I've made it so Stress can now only be added after you've seen the result of your roll. This rule change also avoids the disappointing situation of missing on a roll you spend Stress on (which was already sub-optimal play).

I also took the opportunity to do a little clean up in the book and switch out some clues.
