Update - v0.6.1 - Prim Adjustements

We've made several Prim Adjustments, she is still in trial mode, and we can expect some balance changes for her in the future. 

▌Major Changes

Rework Hero Mastery. Now Bronze does not start at 1 rating but 125. Rating required for Hero Mastery is following:

• Bronze: 125
• Silver: 250
• Gold: 500
• Master: 800
• Grand Master: 1200

Previously Bronze started at rating  0 and Grand master required 1000.
