Hello, Melons and Beta Testers! This is me, ChaoticNight07 again!
Today, I have to admit that recently, I have been participating in an event for employment which goes on until next week. I know, this has also slowed down development time for the time being. However, I was able to get lots of time to write story and develop more ideas for the game. Other than that, I have released the new beta for Rinoa Quest, being v1.5B and you can too, test by clicking here! Here are the changes:
- Rinoa Quest Logo concepts are on the air.
- I have shrunken a bit of the map for Neo Melon City, as per Rinoa and Kiki's request
- I have added a new window skin to better suit the personality and settings
- More story developed.
As I mentioned the second part, being Neo Melon City, I have shrunk it and I do prefer people continuing to test for any differences. I did find shrinking down any unnecessary exploration (something I learned the hard way), to be a little difficult. However, if I get any green lights from any beta testers, I may make the time to finally swap the tilesets. Other than that, one of the community members ChiefLAO mentioned they really have some skills with art too. I know I already have the great Roadside Arts as my lead art director, but I thought about giving them a chance, which was how I managed to put logo-making to becoming a quicker possibility.
