Beta 1.4

Changes:

• fixed a cactus duplication glitch
• item dropping available with the Q key
• added the OreArea info screen, available by pressing O, or typing the /oa command. It shows you a nice graph with ore percentage in your region
• added chat and commands.
• moved some level options behind a "WorldGen options" toggle
• bumped level format to 15

Yet the player's username is "nobody", and cannot be changed. This will be implemented in the future.

Currently these commands are implemented: /help /man /nanotime /oa
with the rest being stubs
