Early Prototyping
- Initial prototype: ECS-based infection spreading, inspired by Plague Inc.
- Updated to support pathfinding between rooms.
- Visual improvements.
- Frosted glass mockup for UI.
- Initial mall layout (inspired by Providence Place Mall).
- Early gameplay playtests. Over several iterations, overhauled mechanics from Plague Inc like DNA and skill tree, to more modern experience bar + roguelike-inspired random choices.
- No more cubes. Procedural walk cycle using pure ECS math, no skinning.
- Body type and color variety. (still no hair/accessories though)
