Day 2 Hotfix & Update

After a day I have decided to update the game for the last time for now.  Here's the full list:

• ~Upgraded the skybox
• ~Replaced the floor textures
• ~Updated the materials of the buildings to fix broken culling
• ~Crashing your vehicle can kill all nearby toads and each give you an extra point
• +Added a rare gun item that lets you unlock one of any vehicle you want for free
• +Added a simple config menu containing volume controls and a cheat toggle
• +Added 2 cheats 
  • "live and reloaded" - Gives the player a gun
  • "reset" - reboots the game and removes all active cheats
