Engine Updates
- LightEditor.exe UI should now be 100% translated to English: please reach out if anything left out!
- Refactored encryption algorithm: faster, and lighter.
- Can now also exclude files/folders from exclusion through: Data/encrypt_exclusions.txt
- the deployed versions of LightApp, LightTests no longer require Qt.

(basically all files except the advanced collision and map tutorials)
