Release notes: v1.1.0

Over half a year after its original release, Version 1.1.0 of Catburglar is up! The new version does the following:

• Adds the ability to roll under staircases by tapping down once rolling
• Adds a pause menu and a settings menu, including rebindable keys and controller support
• Makes a litany of UI/UX improvements
• Adds a host of new sound effects
• Makes a few minor level design tweaks and improvements
