V 1.4.0 - Diversify upgrades

New upgrades were made, and the crank should be usable MORE times ! More time to damage your playdate, yay !

• Added a building to gain cog while the game is closed
• Added a building to boost cranking with by a percentage of cps
• Added little cog orbiting big cog
• Added scroll on the stats screen
• Buildings, upgrades, statistics and notifications are rendered more efficiently
• Steady 30fps trough the whole game
• You now only gain cog AFK trough the upgrades
• Notifications can now stacks
